Ecosystem-based management
Before investing substantial sums to purchase a land site and draw up plans and specifications, it’s a good idea to be aware of the opportunities and constraints associated with the project site. T2 Environnement assists its customers in developing sites by taking into account topography, the optimal layout of roads, paths and trails, as well as site-specific constraints (steep slopes, soil types, presence of wetlands, hydric, sensitive or protected environments, species with special conservation status, easements, soil contamination risk, etc.). We can also integrate the site’s views and ambiance (waterways, forest cover, natural shorelines, etc.) into the analysis.
